Credit Report

The information contained in your credit file/report is what around 99% of lenders will look at in order to determine your credit worthiness, sadly many Australians fail to realise the importance of this simple report and the consequences of what a good or bad report does to you.

The report has changed many times in the past few years where today any loan you have may be shown on the report with a bunch of codes, whilst not difficult to understand each code relates to a different “status” of your loans. They are a 24-month revolving statement showing the most recent 2 years of your loans level of payment history. So, this allows for your report to either be improved or sadly in some cases worsen.
